Jyothi Nandagopal(SAP HR) jeopardizes careers of worthy candidates

I would like to share my experience with everyone especially the employees of SAP and the superiors.I was appalled bywhat happened to me and hence was compelled to write about the same.

I would nt want to say if i am an employee of SAP or not.I would like to keep my identity as discreet as possible. This is regarding the Human Resource manager or she calls herself a Senior HR Recruiter. Her name is Jyothi Nandagopal.I have heard a lot about her and recently had a first hand experience with her.I really wonder how a company like SAP could have hired her.I would definitely not like to be apart of a company like SAP where a HR recruiter can be so cold ,ruthless ,has low self esteem, inferiority complex ,no knowledge of English or any current affairs and has no professional ethics.Being a senior HR recruiter she seems to have little knowledge of other companies that are considered to be well known to everyone. She is not even aware of the existence of such a big MNC.
Her English language is very poor.As far as i know HR s are supposed to communicate well and
write proper mails. For example :"---- An SAP company".PLz give me a break .Its basic English.she does even know her "Articles" properly..I think it is really pathetic to know that SAP has hired a person who has no knowledge in anything what so ever. And she has been given
the post of a "Senior HR Recruiter".

I was taken aback at what happened to one of my friends who had attended an interview with SAP.This friend was referred and was called down for an interview with SAP.He has very good in his academics through out school and college. And he has been given a lot of accolades and awards at work and is technically very competent. He has excellent communication skills, since he did his schooling at the best schools in Bangalore. He got through all the rounds of the interviews without any difficulties. It was a cake walk for him.The person who took his final technical interview was very happy with his performance , since he performed exceptionally well. The interviewer appreciated him for his knowledge and technical skills and very confidently told him that he would get the offer letter on the same day.And all he had to do was attend the HR round. He attended the HR round which went fine and he felt odd cause Jyothi Nandagopal, who was utterly ruthless and cold towards him.She asked all the unimportant questions which were related to what religion and caste he belonged too.My friend was baffled at such questions.
He was nt aware that SAP was interested in what religion and caste he belonged to.I dont think this question is asked at any interview. She asked him if he had any offers in hand and he did have offers in hand. And she was nt aware of the company that he mentioned. And if i tell u this u will laugh your head off. This company he mentioned has a huge building beside SAP.And it is the worlds largest communication company. And if i name the company now you would be surprised to know that she is not aware of anything. As usual she wasted every one's time and dint bother to get back. And i later on got to know that she had her own candidates and has contacts with all the consultancies where she gets some kind of commission and hence happened to reject him
for some obvious reasons. For the sake of formalities she completed the reference check and said the reference is not right and rejected him.My friend who is brilliant has now got into a
very good company and has no regrets. But i am not able to get over this incident.

Just imagine if a person who is desperate for a job and who has all the qualities of getting the job , gets rejected because of a person like Jyothi Nandagopal .Is nt it sad that
a person who is not even well qualified has the power to reject a candidate( who is brilliant and far more qualified than her) for her own selfish reason. Why should a company like SAP have HR recruiters like Jyothi Nandagopal who can jeopardize lifes and can play around with others careers?I dont think it is fair!!

Before pointing at others, please check your own English. For your information, your English is damn bullshit. And I am sure yours and your friend's technical knowledge is also same as your English.
